About
Our History and
Legacy
Caiman Cane was born in the heart of our home with a clear purpose: to offer a delicious, healthy and 100% natural alternative, replacing carbonated and sugar-laden drinks with an option that inspires well-being. With the best ingredients – panela de papelón and fresh lemon – our recipe has become more than a simple drink: it is a tradition that accompanies lunches, snacks and dinners, a true symbol of togetherness and family freedom.

Every week, we prepare liters of this refreshing drink to share, and whenever we gather as a family, Caiman Cane is never missing from the table! It’s our signature drink, an expression of love and connection that refreshes every moment.

The entrepreneurial spark arose in the summer of 2024, during a family trip to the mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado. Between unforgettable landscapes and laughter, we enjoyed our favorite drink and discovered the passion of sharing it with the world. This is how this project was born: from a family tradition to a mission with purpose.
The Meaning of
Caiman Cane
The name Caiman Cane represents much more than a drink; It symbolizes our family and the freedom to be authentic. For many years, alligators have been part of our home and our history, even more so when we live in Miami, Fl. At the entrance of our house, an imposing alligator welcomes us as a protective guardian and symbol of strength. Without realizing it, we have collected alligators in every corner, reflecting our connection with this powerful animal.
In many cultures, the alligator is a symbol of protection and strength. Its ability to defend its territory and stand firm over time makes it a natural guardian, not only physical, but also spiritual. This symbology has accompanied us unconsciously, reflected in the details of our house, where there are alligators in every corner, as small reminders of our union. Even each member of our family represents the alligators that decorate our home, symbolizing our virtues and our sense of belonging.
